These Terms and Conditions apply to our Cloud Hosting service and any transactions related to our products and services. You may be bound by additional agreements related to your relationship with us or the products or services you receive from us. If any provisions of these additional agreements conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the additional agreements shall take precedence.
2. Binding Agreement
By registering, accessing, or otherwise using our Cloud Hosting service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Use of our Cloud Hosting service implies awareness and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In certain cases, we may also require your explicit acceptance.
3. Electronic Communication
By using our Cloud Hosting service or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications from us through our platform or via email. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements, including the requirement that such communications be in writing.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
We or our licensors own and control all copyright and other intellectual property rights on our Cloud Hosting service and the data, information, and other resources displayed or accessible on the platform.

Unless specific content dictates otherwise, we do not grant you a license or any other rights under copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights. You may not use, copy, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, embed in electronic media, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, transmit, download, transmit, monetize, sell, market, or commercialize any resources on our Cloud Hosting service without our prior written permission, unless otherwise permitted by law.

You may forward our newsletter electronically to others who may be interested in visiting our platform.
6. Third-Party Property
Our Cloud Hosting service may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party websites. We do not monitor or review the content of third-party websites linked to from our platform. Products or services offered by third-party websites are subject to their respective Terms and Conditions. 7. Responsible Use
By using our Cloud Hosting service, you agree to use it only for its intended purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, any additional agreements with us, applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted online practices and industry standards. You may not use our Cloud Hosting service to publish or distribute material that contains (or links to) malicious software, use data collected from our platform for direct marketing, or conduct systematic or automated data collection activities.
Engaging in any activity that causes or may cause damage to our Cloud Hosting service or disrupts its performance, availability, or accessibility is strictly prohibited.
8. Registration
You may register an account on our Cloud Hosting service. During registration, you may be required to choose a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and account information and agree not to share your credentials with others. You must not allow others to use your account to access our service, as you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized disclosure of your password.
After account deletion, you may not attempt to register a new account without our permission.
9. Submission of Ideas
Do not submit ideas, inventions, works, or other information that may be considered your intellectual property unless we have signed an intellectual property agreement or non-disclosure agreement. If you disclose such information to us without such a written agreement, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.
10. Termination of Use
We may, at our sole discretion, modify or discontinue access to, temporarily or permanently, our Cloud Hosting service or any service thereon. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of your access to our platform. You are not entitled to any compensation or other payment if certain features, settings, and/or content you contributed or relied upon are permanently lost. You must not attempt to circumvent any access restriction measures on our Cloud Hosting service.
11. Warranties and Liability
Our Cloud Hosting service and all content on the platform are provided “as is” and “as available” and may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages (including loss of profit, revenue, data, software, or damage to property) you or a third party may suffer as a result of accessing or using our Cloud Hosting service.
12. Privacy
To access our Cloud Hosting service, you may be required to provide personal information. You agree that the information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
We take your personal data seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by us will only be in connection with agreed-upon products or services.

13. Export Restrictions / Legal Compliance
Access to our Cloud Hosting service from locations where its content or the purchase of products or services sold on the platform is illegal is prohibited. You may not use our service in violation of Danish export laws and regulations.
14. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any third party without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
15. Breaches of These Terms and Conditions
If you violate these Terms and Conditions, we may take appropriate actions, including suspending your access, contacting your internet provider, and/or initiating legal proceedings.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, except for payment obligations.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
18. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
19. Language
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted exclusively in English. All correspondence shall be in this language.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HQ Edit regarding your use of our Cloud Hosting service.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts.
